Delivery, Returns & Rescheduling

There are NO refunds/returns for services provided/rendered by Agnes Vivarelli such as coaching sessions and/or coaching/email packages – No exceptions.

Nor are there refunds/returns for meditations and/or meditation packages, or my eBooks – No exceptions.

If you need to reschedule please do so 24 hours before your appointment via email, that way we can schedule someone else who is in need.
The exception would be if you are sick. There are no refunds for change of mind but you may have credit and use that credit to the value of what you paid for other products or services.

All products, goods and/or services that are ONLY deliverable by post such as my hardback/softback purchased are subject to your own countries postal Terms and Conditions and therefore, we cannot be held responsible for any delays in you receiving your product – NO exceptions.

If for any reason your physical book/s (hardback/softback) product purchase is damaged in transit through being posted to you, please contact us within 5 days of your delivery to exchange your book’s. Returned book’s must be in their original packaging with cellophane and in new and unworn condition, or a 10% restocking fee will apply – a replacement copy will be returned to you which are subject to your own countries postal Terms and Conditions and therefore, we cannot be held responsible for any delays in you receiving your product – NO exceptions.
